Service Delivery Manager (M/F)

The Corporate IT organisation defines EQUANS'' IT vision and strategy. Based on the IT function''s main areas of development, its mission is to implement the strategy aimed at creating the expected value through the execution of various programmes. This involves working in close partnership with companies within the EQUANS perimeter.

Reporting to the Sales & Services Shared Line of Services, you will provide support to EQUANS Business Leaders and CIOs in maintaining the operational, security and scalability conditions of their Salesforce applications.

You will be involved in setting up, organising and maintaining relations with the various players in the Sales & Services service line. You will be responsible for managing partners and coordinating services with local Equans group support.

In this context, your main activities will include :

Managing and coordinating :

  • SOWs including legal terms and conditions, SLAs, KPIs, payments
  • Operations monitoring: SLAs, management of contractual objectives and regular monitoring. Monitoring incidents from root cause diagnosis to resolution
  • Coordination and monitoring of remediation plans with actions taken by suppliers and Equans
  • Controlling and monitoring costs, budget and reporting
  • Managing contracts and market developments, in support of and with the IT Purchasing team
  • Participating in actions with the IT Purchasing team, supplier relationship management and follow-up actions

  • Manage compliance and risk management

  • Monitor supplier performance & improvements. KPI management

  • Contribute to the harmonisation of the various Salesforce Org towards the global vision of the EQUANS architecture

  • Build the link between the business and EQUANS Corporate IT

  • Identify opportunities to add value to the business, working with stakeholders (business, IT, etc.)

  • Ensure publication and communication on the various projects

  • Liaise with support teams, development teams and Product Owners in operations.

Profile required:

You have a degree in IT engineering with at least 10 years'' professional experience in a complex and highly demanding international environment (fluency in English essential) and at least 5 years'' experience in large-scale global transformation programmes and in managing Solutions at global level.

You have a proactive personality and are result-oriented.

You will be familiar with specific topics related to the Salesforce platform.
