This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will need to be based in the Paris region of France with the ability to attend the Paris office 2 days per week.

To provide administrative support to the division''s customer-facing teams (medical).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Cluster Medical Lead.
  • Provide administrative support for medical activities, including project management.
  • Manage the agencies for the creation of elements for medical congresses.
  • Carry out administrative activities related to the requirements of the Anti-Gift Law and transparency.
  • Drawing up contracts for KOLs.
  • Monitor tactical plans and contribute to budgeting and ad hoc research
  • Monitor budget execution.
  • Provide executive assistant support to team members, including ticket booking, diary management, administrative support.

  • Experience in an administrative, medical, pharmaceutical or team management assistant role.
  • Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry strongly recommended.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent local language skills and fluency in English.
