Introduction:

In this role, you will be part of the Accenture Microsoft Business Group working closely with Accenture Client Leadership to identify and drive Microsoft-based digital transformation opportunities within their client accounts. Your focus will be on originating and leading Accentureu2019s sales efforts around the Microsoft ecosystem and growing within these established client relationships.

In support of our continued growth, we are looking for an Avanade Client Account Lead to capitalize on our capabilities. Our goal is to originate and grow our core business by driving a collaborative growth strategy and supporting Accentureu2019s sales and revenue targets. As Avanade Client Account Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring these objectives are met.

This role has an industry focus within Resources. This includes but is not limited to clients in the sectors for energy, utilities, oil and gas.

If you are looking for a strategic and collaborative role in technology sales, this position offers an exciting opportunity. You will help clients realize business value from the Microsoft platform while working alongside Accenture, leveraging their client relationships to drive technical thought leadership. You will also position cloud modernization, security, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale transformation projects within Accentureu2019s accounts, ensuring clients benefit from seamless Microsoft technology adoption.

What youu2019ll do:

You will collaborate with Accentureu2019s account teams to drive Microsoft-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies and successful execution with an industry focus. Your role involves growing pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role. This role will be responsible for leading client partnership and the successful delivery of the services and corresponding customer satisfaction.

* Build and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Accenture to drive Microsoft-focused growth.

* Lead the sale of large and complex opportunities

* Act as a trusted advisor, engaging C-level stakeholders to shape and drive digital transformation strategies.

* Support Accentureu2019s sales efforts by providing expertise in Microsoft cloud, security, and AI solutions.

* Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Accentureu2019s client base.

* Ensure deal compliance, contract negotiation, and financial performance alignment.

* Advocate for emerging Microsoft technologies and thought leadership within Accenture-led client engagements.

* Drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction by coordinating across Avanade and Accenture teams.

Skills and experiences:

* Experience working in partner-driven sales models, ideally with Accenture or similar strategic alliances.

* Proven success in enterprise technology sales with a focus on Microsoft solutions (Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps).

* Strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a structured sales environment.

* Familiarity with the sector that the roles focuses on, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level.

* Ability to align Microsoft technology solutions to business transformation needs within Accentureu2019s consulting framework.

* Expertise in deal structuring, contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and performance-based contracting.

* Proven track record in large-scale enterprise sales, managing complex multi-million-dollar deals.
