The role
The Academy Operation Manager (OM) is the primary point of contact for customers. You be responsible for a list of accounts in the region. You will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner.
What we need to see from you
Key responsibilities:
Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
Develop strong knowledge through ongoing training with software publishers.
Act as key resource for volume license offerings.
Contact with current customers on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers.
Work collaboratively with assigned Account Managers.
Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships.
Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer.
What we need to see from you:
Currently pursuing studies in Sales, Management, or a related field and eligible and interested for an alternance.
No prior professional experience requiredu2014just a strong desire to learn.
Fluent in French (native) with solid proficiency in English.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded.
Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
Basic understanding of technology solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs and product offerings.
Knowledge of:
Operational policies and procedures
Effective customer service and sales techniques
Building and maintaining long-term business relationships
