Job Description



**Are you a strategic thinker who likes to plan and execute complex projects in water solutions?**

Grundfos is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Industry project delivery team, in the Netherlands, Belgium or France.



As our new Project Manager, you will spearhead the management of complex European Industry projects, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and profitable business operations.

In this role, your primary goal will be to streamline and optimize project delivery from order fulfilment to after-sales, meeting time, cost, quality, and customer expectations.



**What is the job about?**

Responsibilities

Manage high-complexity projects utilizing the agreed systems and project execution processes, acting as a project manager for those projects assigned to you

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the project, maximizing profitable sales through the delivery of projects to the satisfaction of customers

Monitor compliance to contract, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, Health & Safety, and specifications to ensure project delivery adheres to Grundfosu2019 project execution processes

Act as the main point of contact with the customer for the project and handle customer issues working closely with other departments

Provide technical solutions and documentation dossiers to customers as the main technical responsible for the project in front of the customer when required by the project

Go to the site and manage sub-suppliers and sub-contractors with supply agreements to ensure alignment of service levels for projects to be delivered on time, cost, and quality

Support the quotation and proposal team to evaluate projects properly in the scope, time, cost, risks, and quality

Report project finance and status, compiling closing project and lessons learned documentation in line with agreed format and standards

Carry out logistics activities in the workshop to ensure timely and accurate delivery to site when required

Work with the Finance/Credit Control Team to secure on-time payment



This role will be hybrid, with the expectation that you will work in the Almere office 3 days per week. Working hours are 8 hours per day Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).



**What are we looking for?**

To be a successful applicant, we would like you to have:

Plenty of proven experience in delivering demanding projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment on time, cost, and quality

Excellent business and technical experience, with a strong talent for enabling productive communication between groups

Knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systems, with experience in contract management

Understanding of competencies needed in project management such as technical expertise, finance, logistics, contracts, quality, Health & Safety, ISO norms, export regulations, etc.

Positive and resilient personality with great people skills and highly empathic

Excellent negotiation and communication skills both verbally and in writing

Great stakeholder management skills in working across borders and on all levels

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to work in a demanding and ever-changing environment and meet time deadlines efficiently

Hands-on experience using tools such as CRM/SAP PS/BW, Office package, project management tools, CAD knowledge, etc.

Travel will be required in this role



**It is essential that you can speak fluent French and English language, both spoken and written, Dutch is also favourable.**
