**We are looking for:**



An **SAP Sales Distribution Specialist (F/H/X)** to join our **global ERP team** at **Syensqo** .

You will support **Sales Order Management** functionalities and post-sales activities within Syensqou2019s SAP ERP landscape.



This global role is a great opportunity to work on strategic **continuous improvement initiatives** for sales and marketing processes, while collaborating closely with key business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams (Salesforce CRM, Webmethods, Elemica, Esker, etc.).



**We count on you to:**


Provide functional expertise in the **SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)** module, including **order processing** , **billing** , **pricing conditions** , and **sales master data** .
Drive and support **IT processes** related to sales orders, invoicing, e-commerce, customer documents, archiving, and system integration.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues across the **Order-to-Cash** (OTC) process, and propose effective solutions.
Prioritize and implement **process improvements** based on **key performance indicators** and business needs.
Lead or contribute to **SAP implementation** , **upgrade** , and **rollout projects** , with a focus on efficiency and user experience.
Ensure proper **documentation** of SAP SD processes and compliance with **SAP change management** protocols.
Act as a **point of contact** for escalations and enhancements within the SAP Sales domain.
Collaborate with business units and customer service teams to identify **automation** and **digitalization** opportunities.

**You will bring:**


Expert-level knowledge of **SAP ECC** and broad exposure to **S/4HANA Sales & Distribution** functionality.
Experience working on **SAP SD implementation, rollout, or upgrade** projects.
Familiarity with **integration tools and platforms** such as Salesforce CRM, Webmethods, Elemica, and Esker.
Understanding of **e-invoicing** , **e-archiving** , and **data quality management** processes.
A strong **analytical mindset** and **problem-solving** skills.
Excellent **communication** and interpersonal skills to collaborate across business and IT functions.
Fluency in **English** (written and spoken).
Experience with **SAP Fiori** and **SAP Hybris** apps is a plus.
