Domaines de Responsabilitu00e9 :
Collaborer u00e9troitement avec lu2019u00e9quipe des ventes de solutions pour du00e9velopper les opportunitu00e9s de solutions de services et assurer la gestion d u2018un pipeline solide ; collaborer avec lu2019u00e9quipe de prestation de services pour u00e9laborer des solutions de services optimales et agir en tant quu2019expert spu00e9cialisu00e9 dans le domaine des Services.
Gu00e9rer les objectifs de ventes et de chiffre du2019affaires assignu00e9s en exu00e9cutant des activitu00e9s qui garantissent le du00e9passement des objectifs ; contribuer au marketing des services local pour du00e9velopper et promouvoir la stratu00e9gie de solution de services
Su2019assurer que le pipeline des ventes est en croissance avec des opportunitu00e9s qualifiu00e9es sur la base de clients et de prospects. Identifier les perspectives de du00e9veloppement des ventes et les risques et maximiser les offres de solutions de service dans toutes les opportunitu00e9s NCR Voyix ; contribuer aux Plans de compte et u00e0 la gestion des opportunitu00e9s
Participer aux activitu00e9s de du00e9veloppement des ventes, propositions, du00e9monstrations, pru00e9sentations, etc.
Travailler en partenariat avec du2019autres unitu00e9s opu00e9rationnelles pour u00e9largir les opportunitu00e9s de vente croisu00e9e ; identifier et cibler les opportunitu00e9s parmi les clients existants et potentiels nouveaux clients
Participer aux appels du2019offres les plus importants ; Participer et adhu00e9rer au processus de gouvernance du service client u00e0 lu2019u00e9chelle mondiale











Compu00e9tences et expu00e9rience souhaitu00e9es
Niveau licence minimum
5 u00e0 7 ans du2019expu00e9rience dans le domaine des Services en BtoB, idu00e9alement dans le secteur du Retail
Solides compu00e9tences en leadership, motivation et autonomie;
Solides compu00e9tences en gestion de compte
Expu00e9rience de la planification et de la promotion des Services sur le marchu00e9
Expu00e9rience des deals Services , de la nu00e9gociation et de la planification financiu00e8re
Excellentes aptitudes u00e0 la communication orale et u00e9crit, franu00e7ais et anglais

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:









The position is office base in Paris area (Massy)



Primary goal for this role is to grow New Customer Acquisition around the Full Lifecycle of Services which includes Managed and Multivendor services revenues; Services customers that frequently span multiple areas and countries; May gain exposure to global accounts Required to partner with Solution Sales team to develop Service Solution Opportunities and provide funnel management; Drive service delivery team to develop optimal service solutions and act as the Subject Matter Expert around Service Solutions to the customer. Required to manage assigned sales orders and revenue objectives by executing on activities that ensure exceeding the goals; Manage services marketing function to develop and promote the services solution strategy Ensure the sales funnel is growing with high quality opportunities from both new and existing customer bases. Identify upside and risk in sales outlooks and maximize Service Solution offers across all NCR opportunities; Leads account planning and opportunity planning sessions Involved with sales development activities, proposals, demos, presentations, etc Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; Identifies and targets opportunities across existing and new prospects Participate in major bid reviews; Participate and adhere to the Global Customer Services Governance Process



Desired Skills and Experience







BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bacheloru2019s Degree
5-7 years of related experience
Strong leadership skills, motivational and self-directed;
Strong account planning and analysis skills
Market planning and promotion experience;
Business, negotiation and financial planning experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of creativity, able to provide unique solutions to a wide variety of challenges
Ability to travel 25-50% of time
