Dans le cadre du2019un audit pour lu2019un de nos clients distributeurs basu00e9 u00e0 Villeneuve-du2019Ascq, vous serez intu00e9gru00e9(e) u00e0 une u00e9quipe expu00e9rimentu00e9e et encadru00e9(e) par une auditrice confirmu00e9e.



Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :



- Auditer les comptes fournisseurs u00e0 partir des donnu00e9es de facturation et des contrats commerciaux



- Identifier les erreurs de paiement ou de comptabilisation, ainsi que les anomalies dans l'application des accords commerciaux



- Pru00e9parer et suivre les ru00e9clamations u00e9mises aupru00e8s des fournisseurs



- Vu00e9rifier la conformitu00e9 des piu00e8ces justificatives



- Organiser et suivre les donnu00e9es du2019audit dans les outils internes



- Participer aux tu00e2ches administratives liu00e9es u00e0 la clu00f4ture des dossiers











Job description:



As part of an audit for one of our distributor customers based in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, you will be integrated into an experienced team and supervised by an experienced auditor.



Your main tasks will be to



- Audit supplier accounts based on invoicing data and commercial contracts



- Identify payment or accounting errors, as well as anomalies in the application of commercial agreements



- Prepare and monitor supplier complaints



- Verify the conformity of supporting documents



- Organize and track audit data in internal tools



- Participate in administrative tasks related to closing files







Profil recherchu00e9 :



- Formation Bac +5 en comptabilitu00e9, finance, gestion ou contru00f4le de gestion



- Bonne mau00eetrise du2019Excel et des outils bureautiques (Word, Outlook)



- Rigueur, sens de lu2019organisation et esprit du2019analyse



- Autonomie, fiabilitu00e9 et discru00e9tion



- Bon relationnel



- Franu00e7ais et anglais



- Lu2019allemand et une premiu00e8re expu00e9rience en grande distribution, en comptabilitu00e9 fournisseurs ou en recouvrement serait un plus.



Profile required:



- Five years of higher education in accounting, finance, management or management control.



- Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools (Word, Outlook).



- Rigour, organisational and analytical skills



- Ability to work autonomously, reliability and discretion



- Excellent interpersonal skills



- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German would be a real plus.



- German and a previous experience in retail, accounts payable or collections would be a differentiator.

Conditions:



- Alternance contract of 1 year minimum



- Office hours: Monday to Friday



- Position based in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, easily accessible by public transport



- Gross annual remuneration: in accordance with the conditions of the work-study system (1000u20ac monthly wage minimum)



- Benefits: Lunch vouchers, 50% reimbursement of public transport pass and health insurance.



- Working in remote is occasionally possible, subject to validation by the customer after integration



Training provided :
