**About the role**
Seeking a visionary Brand Manager to elevate our leading brands to new heights in dynamic markets worldwide. Immerse yourself in customer insights and market trends, shaping the future of our products with your innovative ideas. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to implement strategies that resonate on a global stage, bringing our brands to life both online and in stores. Your strategic input will craft ambitious plans, fostering sustainable growth and success for the long haul.
**Your responsibilities**
Monitors product launches and processes (artwork development, technical processes with factories, and adheres to product launch dates).
Interact with other departments (medical, supply, trade marketing, sales, purchasing, etc.) to ensure the monitoring and development of the portfolio's brands.
Analyze and synthesize market data (sales statistics, consumer/distributor panels)
Participate in the creation and implementation of the promotional plan across all communication channels (medical visits, remote visits, digital campaigns, media, direct marketing, etc.) aimed at healthcare professionals and patients (parents)
Develop promotional documents, tools, and materials in compliance with regulatory and medical requirements
Co-develop the omnichannel marketing plan;
Participate in the implementation of sales force seminars and present promotional campaigns to medical visit teams.
Set up, lead, and monitor cross-functional working groups with the sales force to gather feedback on campaigns and co-develop future campaigns;
Manage marketing budgets under the responsibility of the Product Manager or Product Group Manager.
**The experience we're looking for**
Fluent in both English and French will be mandatory.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, 3-5 years is ideal.
Scientific training (dietetics/nutrition/agricultural) would be a plus.
Proficient in Office Suite (including PowerPoint and Excel)
Well-honed strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
A thorough grasp of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated creativity in brand strategy and the ability to drive innovation.
