Au sein de la structure grands Entreprise Account et rattachu00e9(e) au Strategic Account Director France, votre mission principale sera de soutenir la croissance de Medtronic dans les Groupements Privu00e9s (tels que Elsan, Ramsay & Vivalto).



Votre ru00f4le sera de du00e9velopper des partenariats forts avec ces acteurs clu00e9s du monde de la santu00e9 qui occupent une place pru00e9pondu00e9rante dans le secteur privu00e9 et le secteur public. Ces clients stratu00e9giques regroupent des u00e9tablissements et des mu00e9decins de renoms repru00e9sentant un enjeu business tru00e8s important et des opportunitu00e9s de du00e9veloppement majeures pour nos thu00e9rapies cardiovasculaires.



A ce titre, vous du00e9ploierez des accords et partenariats solides et innovants avec les directions des groupements, en assurerez le du00e9ploiement aupru00e8s des u00e9quipes en local et des principaux u00e9tablissements concernu00e9s. Ceci en collaboration u00e9troite avec les Operating Units du cardiovasculaire, le du00e9partement IHS (Integrated Health Solutions), lu2019ensemble de nos services supports et les autres organisations SAM au sein de Medtronic.

**Les responsabilitu00e9s peuvent inclure les activitu00e9s suivantes et d'autres activitu00e9s peuvent u00eatre assignu00e9es**


u00c9tablir des contrats de partenariats commerciaux long terme avec plusieurs comptes stratu00e9giques pru00e9alablement identifiu00e9s
Du00e9velopper des projets cross business en prenant en compte les apports stratu00e9giques de chaque OU pour ces groupements
Manager transversalement les u00e9quipes autour de vos comptes clu00e9s et mettre en place les actions terrain nu00e9cessaires avec lu2019ensemble des acteurs locaux impliquu00e9s (commerciaux, services supports, direction des sites, etc..)
Cru00e9er des business models innovants en prenant en compte les besoins spu00e9cifiques de chaque groupement sur les thu00e9rapies cardiovasculaires
Construire une relation de confiance, long terme, tout en privilu00e9giant la co-construction de solutions innovantes avec les du00e9cideurs dans chaque centre
Du00e9montrer une ru00e9elle capacitu00e9 u00e0 contracter et engager des sujets stratu00e9giques avec les directions des achats, les directions gu00e9nu00e9rales et directions cliniques
Promouvoir de fau00e7on efficace les nouveaux business modu00e8les incluant lu2019u00e9quipe Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), en u00e9tant respectueux des stratu00e9gies de du00e9veloppement de chaque OUs
Cascader les informations stratu00e9giques aupru00e8s des directions ru00e9gionales et OU leaders.
Rechercher et u00e9valuer les opportunitu00e9s commerciales sur ces comptes cibles, les communiquer aux u00e9quipes et en u00e9valuer le bien-fondu00e9 (faisabilitu00e9)
Travailler en parfaite collaboration avec les OU leaders cardiovasculaire, les directeurs ru00e9gionaux et les marketing managers.
Organiser une communication ainsi quu2019une approche collaborative avec du2019autres OUs de Medtronic
u00catre force de proposition, du00e9montrer une ru00e9elle capacitu00e9 collaborative avec les autres SAM de lu2019u00e9quipe. Savoir faire u00e9voluer positivement la fonction de SAM



**Connaissances et expu00e9riences requises**


Vous u00eates titulaire du2019une formation type Diplu00f4me universitaire en Administration des affaires, Marketing, Economie, Ventes
Vous justifiez du2019une expu00e9rience confirmu00e9e sur un ru00f4le managu00e9rial acquise dans le domaine du dispositif mu00e9dical, idu00e9alement pour des thu00e9rapies cardio-vasculaires, ou avec une su00e9nioritu00e9 avu00e9ru00e9e
Une possible expu00e9rience en qualitu00e9 de vendeur avec un tru00e8s haut niveau du2019atteinte des objectifs dans les domaines cardio-vasculaires peut u00eatre un avantage
