Aperçu du poste
Au sein de l'u00e9quipe RH ADP France, vous serez directement rattachu00e9(e) u00e0 la Responsable Paie et Administration RH et interviendrez en support aux Responsables Ressources Humaines. Vos principales missions seront:
* Le suivi contractuel et la bonne tenue des dossiers du personnel,
* La gestion administrative des collaborateurs (mobilitu00e9, temps partiel, tu00e9lu00e9travail, transmission des u00e9lu00e9ments variables u00e0 la paie...),
* Le conseil aupru00e8s des managers dans les actes de gestion ressources humaines des collaborateurs,
* Le traitement des demandes diverses des collaborateurs (attestations, questions concernant les politiques ressources humaines du2019ADPu2026),
* La ru00e9daction et la mise u00e0 jour de contenu de lu2019outil interne RH destinu00e9 u00e0 informer/guider les managers et les collaborateurs dans leur quotidien liu00e9 u00e0 la vie du contrat,
* Lu2019u00e9tablissement de reportings mensuels pour le suivi des u00e9chu00e9ances contractuelles en interaction avec les gestionnaires paie
* La participation u00e0 des projets ressources humaines transversaux au sein de l'u00e9quipe RH
Profil
Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines
Des connaissances approfondies en droit social et en administration du personnel
Savoir-faire
Mau00eetrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Connaissance des outils informatiques liu00e9s u00e0 la fonction (SAP Successfactor, GlobalView, Service Now) serait un plus
