**Job Description**



We are looking for a hardworking and omnichannel retailer focused Junior Account Manager to support delivery across a diverse portfolio of Omnichannel customers (Grocery and Toy Specialists) playing an active part in the contribution to the performance of Omnichannel. Bring your energy, ability to learn and a proactive mind-set where you leave no stone un-turned to anticipate change in a fast-paced commercial environment.

**Core Responsibilities**


Support Senior Key Account Management (KAM) in building and tracking joint business and activation plans for a major strategic account.
Own back-office management related to reporting activities and matching customer invoice settlement.
Delivery of ad-hoc analysis related to account performance to drive an uplift in planning quality creating better understanding of promo/ themes dynamics.
Coordinate customer conventions and drive to completion.
Own and drive activation executions (POS material, 2nd placing).
Develop KAM Capabilities within your own customer portfolio, e.g., wholesalers.

The mission of the Sales/ KAM team is to make the difference in this context with our customers by making agile plans to catch the shopper in the consideration phase, boost conversion and sustain commercial success whilst staying aligned to LEGO values. This role is important on this agenda, whether it is in support of a Senior KAM or in collaboration with external retail partners



**Do you have what it takes?**


Proven record of working in a commercial sales team ideally in an international consumer goods company.
Demonstrates clear organizational and coordination skills with a detailed analytical approach to tasks and a high proficiency with MS Office and if possible, SAP-type CRM solutions.
Motivated by crafting solutions to overcome obstacles, apprehend challenges and uncertainty and providing solutions that deliver results.
A collaborative approach to working with a wide range of partners across the Business Unit especially, a team-focused individual is needed.
Fluent in French is essential as is a proficiency in English both written and spoken
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
