Are you a strategic recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences? Weu2019re looking for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team and lead recruitment efforts for high-impact roles across the French organization. This is a key individual contributor role where youu2019ll manage complex hiring projects, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent.



**Key Responsibilities**


Act as the primary TA partner for senior managers and directors, delivering full-cycle recruitment services.
Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for specialty, mid-management, and complex sales roles.
Manage the entire hiring processu2014from intake to offeru2014using our ATS and CRM systems.
Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Ensure a strong focus on diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to align hiring with strategic goals.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand.
Lead onboarding and induction activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.



**What You Bring**


Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a related industry.
Proven success in hiring for commercial, scientific, or corporate functions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting hiring up to senior manager level.
Expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and DEI-focused recruitment.
