Ford Credit, a leading provider of automotive financing solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Risk Manager to join our team in France.



This is a critical leadership role where youu2019ll shape and embed risk management strategy, drive compliance, and foster a strong risk culture across the organisation.


Leading risk management across all key areas: Credit, Operational, Market, Legal, Conduct, and more
Owning and evolving the Risk Appetite Framework and ensuring alignment with Group and local governance
Driving continuous improvement in risk modelling, data quality, and risk cycle management
Chairing key risk committees and ensuring informed, risk-aware decision-making
Overseeing ICAAP, Business Continuity, and Recovery Planning
Embedding a culture of compliance, ethical conduct, and fair customer treatment



**The minimum requirements we seek:**


5u201310 yearsu2019 experience in a senior risk role within financial services
Strong expertise across multiple risk types (credit, operational, residual value, etc.)
Proven success in developing and implementing risk frameworks
Excellent communication skills in French and English
A collaborative leader who can influence across departments and geographies
Ability to simplify complex risk concepts for diverse audiences
