We are on the lookout for an experienced professional who can lead and inspire a team of consultants, delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation and close processes and extensive implementation experience.



**Requirements:**


Extensive experience in EPM implementation (SAP/Tagetik/OneStream/Oracle)
A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Languages: French, English mandatory, Italian Desirable



**Responsibilities**



**Key Responsibilities:**


Lead a team of consultants, providing mentorship and guidance, to ensure successful project delivery for our Cloud EPM Consolidation engagements
Engage with clients to understand their unique financial consolidation and close requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, identify areas of improvement, and propose innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud EPM FCC.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise and best practices in financial consolidation, close processes, and Oracle's FCC product.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery methodologies and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the wider consulting team.
